HOSPITALITY
Bagels, fruit, coffee, juice and beer will be provided each day. Lunch
will be available each day for players. Guest tickets will be available
for a small fee. There will be a Players Dinner in the Pavillion at
6:00PM on Friday, June 16. Guest tickets are available for $15 each. All Players receive a tournament tee shirt.
CONFLICTS
If you are playing in one event and have a conflict, please list it
on the application and we will attempt to accommodate it. However, you must be available sometime every day. If weather permits, teams entering two events will play only two matches per day.

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
ENTRIES
Must be received by 5:00PM on Friday, June 9. USTA Membership is
required for this tournament. USTA memberships will not be taken or
renewed at the tournament. Call USTA at 1-800-990-8721 to renew.
RULES
USTA rules will apply. Individuals may enter two (2) events which
may be in either/or the age or NTRP categories. The individual NTRP
ratings for teams entering the NTRP category must be within .5 of
each other. All individuals regardless of category must be 50 years
of age by December 31, 2005 or older.

MATCH RULES
Matches will begin at 8:00AM on Friday, June 16. If necessary, some
local teams may be scheduled to play Thursday afternoon. The draw
and starting times will be posted at the Sun City Tennis Center Bulletin
Board at 4:00PM on Wednesday, June 1. Match times will also be available
by calling 843-705-4037 on Wednesday, June 14 from 3:00PM to 7:00PM.
Regular scoring; 2 out of 3 sets with tie-breaker at 6-all. Alternate
scoring may be used in the event of inclement weather or court availability. A consolation round
for first round losers in the age tournaments only will be available.
